WOW!

Ok, I have never had this happen in youth ministry before and I am glad!  Here is a bit of an email that I got this morning from a youth pastor friend of mine from California…

Hey  -

I trust all is well with you guys!  Let me say it this way…I trust all is better with you than with me–last night at youth group one of my students hit another student in the head with a metal folding chair and knocked him out cold.  The police and ambulance responded…so I spent the night dealing with that…

Wow! I knew things were different out there… In seriousness though. pray for this guy. He is doing great things and it is tough to have stuff like this mess with trust that has been built with the community, with parents, and with leaders in the church.
