Week 9 - Ragamuffin Top

It seems like I have this thing figured out, although I am sure it won’t be for long because I have a strong feeling that as I get closer and closer to my goal it will be getting harder and harder to drop the weight. I certainly do have room to increase the frequency of my workouts though. Now it will be just a matter of actually doing it! So how did the challenge go for me in week 9?
Here are the stats:
* Goal = 195
* Starting weight = 220
* After week 9 = 206.0
* This week = -1.5
* Total= -14
