Week 7 – Ragamuffin Top

I knew this was coming. After a week filled with a big family party, a huge all church picnic, a party for a friend of mine who was visiting from Long Beach, Ca., and not a single day on my bike, the gain was bound to happen, the only question in my mind was “how much?”
Here are the stats:

* Goal = 195
* Starting weight = 220
* After week 7 = 210
* This week = +0.5
* Total= -10
