Week 6 – Ragamuffin Top

Sorry! I know I said that I wasn’t posting for a few days but I had forgotten about the Challenge!

This week was really tough and I came into my weigh in this morning fully expecting poor results. Over the course of the past week Sarah made a Strawberry pie that was delicious and I only got to ride the bike to the office once due to a short week and some poor weather. A party later today and our huge church picnic are not going to help me with next weeks results but here are the stats:

  • Goal = 195
  • Starting weight = 220
  • After week 6 = 209.5
  • This week = -2.5
  • Total= -10.5

Oh, and the bruised toe is from indoor soccer.
