Week 5 – Ragamuffin Top

It seems like things started clicking for me this week.  I did by far my worst week at eating healthy and the scale moved in my favor.  I think that I have put in enough hard work and good eating that my metabolism has shifted gears.  On Thursday night I had a huge rib eye steak sandwich with roasted red peppers, onion rings, and french fries piled on top and I still lost weight!  I have been working pretty hard on my bike commute to and from the office and I added a day of playing indoor soccer this week.

Here are the stats:

  • Goal = 195
  • Starting weight = 220
  • After week 5 = 212
  • This week = -3.0
  • Total= -8.0
