Week 4 – Ragamuffin Top

Uh oh, now I know what those people on the biggest loser feel like! This week of the challenge was my best week for exercise and I was really good at eating! I actually rode my bike for 5 days this week instead of the usual 2 times!  Well, I guess I’ll chalk the results up to muscle gain, yeah, that’s what I will keep telling myself :-)

  • Starting weight = 220
  • After week 4 = 215
  • This week = +0.5
  • Total= -5.0
