Week 3 – Ragamuffin Top
ByThis week of the challenge was by no means ideal but I did do a way better job at eating better. It has been pretty tough to get the exercise that I need. Our schedules and the fact that we have decided to operate with one car for the summer has been tough. I thought I would be riding my bike more but there seems to be so many “things” that come up in which I need a car. Anyway, here are the stats:
- Goal = 195
- Starting weight = 220
- After week 3 = 214.5
- This week = -2.5
- Total= -5.5
