Week 2 – Ragamuffin Top
ByThis past week turned out to be a tough one! Between the “threatening weather” (which remained just that, threatening) and running around getting stuff ready for the 30 Hour Famine, my exercise was down and my eating got worse!
So here are the stats:
- Goal = 195
- Starting weight = 220
- After week 2 = 217
The proof:

I guess this means I am getting on my bike today even though it is going to be 94 degrees today!
