Lost another lb this week even though it has been the same old song with the weather preventing me from riding my bike as much as I would like to. This week I only got to make 1.5 round trips on my commute to the office. I suppose I should find another way to work out, especially since I won’t be able to ride in the winter but I am thinking I’ll figure that out when it comes along :-) So without further delay…

Here are the stats:

* Goal = 195
* Starting weight = 220
* After week 11 = 205.0
* This week = -1
* Total= -15
