Week 1 – Ragamuffin Top

‘Los of RagamuffinSoul.com fame has come up with a weight loss plan. Ragamuffin Top in honor of the infamous muffin top:

Since ‘Los get a ridiculous number of readers everyday (around 3,000) there are a ton of people that have said that they are going to take part in the Ragamuffin Top series by getting in shape and losing weight.

I am one of those people, so in an effort to be real here on this blog, here are the stats:

  • Goal = 195
  • Starting weight = 220
  • After week 1 = 217

Off to a slow start because of the weeks schedule, but I am trying to be way more careful about what I eat and I am riding my bike around instead of driving. This week should be good though because if the weather holds out I’ll be riding to the office at least 5 days, and I’ll be participating in the 30 Hour Famine with our students Fri-Sat.
