The Divine Mentor

I came across this book when I read Bob’s book review back in November. I went and added it to my Amazon Wishlist and then ended up getting it for Christmas! I am really glad I got and read it. I wish everyone in my church would take the time to read this book. Although I felt that some of the sections with the chapters were a little disjointed, the book was an easy read and filled with encouragement and really practical ways to take your time with God seriously. Cordiero, gives personal examples of how different people from within the Bible have mentored him over the years through his daily connection with them and the lessons that God has given them to teach us.

The S.O.A.P method for journaling is great!
Anyone feeling like they need a fresh, consistent way of connecting with God on a daily baisis should be reading this book!
