Create Your Own Social Network

I neat little place called Ning.com was brought to my attention yesterday by the director of the Youth Specialties CORE training seminars and it looks like a great tool!

Here are my thoughts on ning.com

PROS

• Could be a great tool for youth min and churches in general for connection
• Can be used to organize groups within your network – might be great for an online Bible study…

CONS

• Potential for becoming a closed group, I am guessing your church doesn’t want to be closed
•  Yet another social network to keep track of…
